God blesses His people through His blessed King

Christlike serving is a ”give/receive” mentality not a "give/take". ​

Trust in Jesus means distrust in ourselves and our stuff
Jesus is the eternal, true witness (Rev. 3:14)​
Jesus' people come to Him in need (Rev. 3:15-20)​
Jesus promises shared authority (Rev. 3:21-22)

Jesus keeps us-- both to vindicate and establish-- as we keep His word
Jesus is holy, true, and sovereign (Rev. 3:7)​
Jesus will keep His people with His power (Rev. 3:8-11)​
Jesus will establish His own with His new Name (Rev. 3:12-13)

Churches die when they lose their gospel heartbeat
Jesus directs the Holy Spirit and angels (v. 1a)​
We must wake up or be caught dead (1b-3)​
Jesus gives eternal life (v. 4-6)

The Son of God's all-seeing judgment is affirmed by our works. 
The Son of God rules righteously (2:18)​
Tolerating unrepentant false teachers is spiritual adultery (2:19-25)​
Jesus promises dominion through union with Him (2:26-29)
